BarnieTEV

Daily tasks of test engineers include the importation of test vectors from ATPG or simulation and create vector sequences for a specific test platform. They also often need to convert test programs developed for a specific ATE, for a second test platform.

BarnieTEV provides a framework supporting the vector conversion. Advanced built in algorithms support the adaptation for the tester specific features.

BarnieMON

The innovative technology implemented in BarnieMON allows the supervision, monitoring and statistical utilization analysis of a test area built of a heterogeneous set of test equipment. The BarnieMON server scans the status of every installed equipment recognizing “off”, “on” and “idle” states.

The software provides also a support of the maintenance operations.

BarnieMON includes a powerful reporting tool for an easy overview of utilization data.

BarnieMON is based on the web technology, client applications run in standard browser.

RIFLE is one of the most powerful engineering and characterization tester for non-volatile memory technology research. The product is manufactured and marketed by Active Technologies (www.activetechnologies.it ). NplusT runs software development, test application development and customer support.

 
BarnieNET

BarnieNET is full-feature supervision and control software for burn-in cells. BarnieNET is built on NplusT’s BARNIE data collection technology, adding on-line control functions and application specific post-processing tools as lot analysis, statistical process control and maintenance management. BarnieNET coordinates the operation of various test and burn-in equipment and auxiliary tools like loader/unloader and pretester units.

BarnieTEX

BarnieTEX aims to implement and run test flows in standard C++ language on many test platforms, getting around the headache of many tester programmers when implementing complex test flows. BarnieTEX clearly separates three programming areas:

  • Control of the tester and basic test functions, which are part of a tester specific connection software module.
  • Test flow, as a sequence of the basic test functions, implemented in C++ language by the BarnieTEX user.
  • Test control user interface, which is built in BarnieTEX and can be programmed from the C++ test flow.
