Migration to Visual Studio 2008

Having terminated the feasibility study, all NplusT development tools will migrate under VS2008, abandoning the VS2003 platform which is being used actually. Customers using NplusT executable software are not involved. It is strongly suggested that users of development tools do the same migration.
