A startup company initiated to use NplusT software tools for non volatile memory characterization. The installed toolset includes the programs for high performance measurement as well as the data collection and memory analysis tools. After the installation and related training, there is a possibility of future cooperation and tool expansion and custom developments for optimized use in Customers environment.
