NplusT terminated the validation of a new control software, installed in the reliability test area of a leading European semiconductor manufacturer. The software, based on an innovative technology, connects into a supervision system a large number of heterogeneous test equipment. The data collection is based on NplusT ‘s industry proven BARNIE technology.
