NplusT was created in December 2002 by Tamás Kerekes, based on his 20-years experience in the semiconductor electrical and reliability testing.

After the first period distinguished by high value-added engineering services and test applications, in 2005 Liliom Laboratories, a Hungarian software development company, merged into NplusT with the goal to develop and market a wide range of software solutions. Thanks to this operation, the company became leader in the test data collection and processing segment.

NplusT is headquartered in the picturesque village of Montecastrilli, Italy; part of the software development team is located in Hungary.
