New functions support Failure Analysis Engineers starting from BarnieMAT release 2.6.3. These functions include the identification of neighbor bit failures separated horizontally (on the same wordline) or vertically (same bitline). Also, functions identifying "too many" failures on a bitline or wordline are available, aiming to detect opens and shorts. The BarnieMAT filtering engine (FDL) can be applied for these functions, limiting the analysis in array regions or to other cell selection criteria. |
